dronæment – movement

[fm.n02] rerelease of an early dronæment mp3 release

This is a work from 2002 made for an exhibition under the title „movement“. It's a drone piece blended with field recordings and rhythmic patterns. The field recordings were made at the main-station in Leipzig. It starts with a soft organ drone at ca. 194,18 hertz, then the hectic of the main-station are creep in and fade out to the organ-drone-tone from the beginning which is driven by a softly pounding rhythmic pattern.

This track is build up on 3 existing pieces by dronæment. The drone and the main-station-field-recordings are taken from the album „Allein... unter Menschen“ from 1999 and the rhythmic patteren were boworred by „Ezoterick Muzick“.
